Number One

So, Here's the deal:

             I have never blogged outside of my Chemistry requirement my sophomore year of high school. So stick with me and be patient. I wanted to start a blog to help benefit those like me. It's unique. So, to start, here is a little bit about me.

            My name is Cat, I am only twenty one years old. In my mere 21 years, I have surprisingly experienced a lot. Most importantly, I am single mother. I had my beautiful boy, Brayden, July 19, 2011. He is a blessing disguised as a bubbly, troublesome, typical 2 year old. 

            Secondly, I have a strong history of self mutilation. I am passionate about trying to stop it from becoming more of a problem than it already is, and stopping it with hopefully my generation. I cut and burned my body for 7 years, and if it wasn't for my troublesome child, I would not be here to try to share my story and experiences with all of you. I had gone to such a dark place in my mind one night while I was pregnant, I had actually considered taking my own life because I didn't want to "deal" with what was going on in my life. Being raised a Catholic, and after some interference from my parents, I remembered that my life was not my own, that I would be dooming my unborn child to death and that wasn't fair.


            There is a lot of other stuff, but I will get in to that some other time.

             This blog, is for me to share stuff. Like recipes I try, projects I do, and little life hacks I find along the way. I don't have the time to update every day, so I will when I have time.
